How long does shipping take?
2–4 business days across India, 7–12 days internationally. You'll get a tracking link the moment it ships.
What's your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product received is in a damaged condition.
Products that are not damaged are not eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise agreed by Sumae.
Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?
No. Every piece is nickel-free and carries a 1-year anti-tarnish warranty. Avoid perfume and water on the piece directly to make it last even longer.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, COD is available across India alongside UPI, cards and netbanking.
